FAQs FROM USERS
I’m not logged into the publisher even though I went through the extension.
- Log out of your NICKLpass extension.
- Click your extensions → Manage Extensions → Turn off your NICKLpass Extension.
- Make sure you are logged out of the publisher website and have no saved passwords on your browser.
- Clear Your cookies and Cache
- Browser Settings → Privacy and Data → Clear Cookies and Cache
- Turn on your extension and log back in.
